Spiru-Tein

Hey guys, with all of the health food talk this past Saturday, I thought I would chime in my two cents worth. My wife and I both drink something called Spiru-tein. It has soy protein, bee pollen, apple pectin, green algae, etc. It is an excellent meal replacement. I usually put a scoop in the blender with some skim milk and add some frozen fruit and a banana. You can go to www.naturesplus.com and click on the 'spiru-tein samples' at the bottom. They will send you a free sample of whatever flavor you want. I usually get vanilla so I can add, but the flavored ones like cherry cheesecake and pina colada, etc are also good. I get it at vitamin world in the mall, or your local health food stores like Health way on 51 in Ridgeland. I don't think I could have anything else for breakfast.
